Ryan Chang Ho Kim has worked with Peter Jackson since his admission as a solicitor on 17 February 2006. Ryan works in the areas of commercial advice, including conveyancing, business purchases, leasing (both for landlord and tenant ) and franchising. Ryan often advises members of the Korean community in commercial matters and litigation.

>> DOMINIC GREEN
Dominic began at Jackson Lalic on 14 February 2011 to provide the services under our new service banner, “Operating in the Carbon Constrained Economy”. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Economics, certificates in Carbon Accounting and Carbon Accounting for Forestry Sequestration from the National Centre for Sustainability, and has completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Energy and Environment (Global Warming and Climate Science).

>> WILLIAM SUSANTO
William completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in December 2007 and, in the early part of 2008, completed the Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies at the College of Law in New South Wales. William commenced work at Jackson Lalic Lawyers on 1 September 2008. William works in the area of commercial litigation and assists Peter Jackson and David Lalic in the preparation and conduct of litigation in all Courts.

>> ANDREW LEE
Andrew Lee is the founder and CEO of Leading Negotiation, a Beijing-based business consultancy specializing in negotiation education and public policy consensus building in China. The company’s mission is to promote negotiation consulting and training services in China. Andrew works with Peter Jackson in promoting business interests in China. At the request of Austrade in Madrid, Peter and Andrew will be working on assisting Spanish companies wishing to advance their business interests in China.

>> AARON BOLTON
Aaron Bolton commenced working at Jackson Lalic as a Law Clerk on 20 December 2010. Aaron is to be admitted as a solicitor in mid 2011. Aaron assists the solicitors of the office with litigation matters.

Ping is a law clerk who assists all of the solicitors with research and day to day tasks required to provide advice to clients. Ping’s ability to speak to Mandarin and read Chinese is particularly invaluable for clients doing business in China.

>> STAN COSTIN MIHAI
Stan Costin Mihai is a second year law student at Crestin University Dimitrie Cantermir in the Faculty of Finance Banking and Accounting. Costin is the representative of Jackson Lalic Lawyers in Romania and Europe generally and is assisting Dominic Green in the firm’s new division ‘Operating in the Carbon Constrained Economy’.
