Peter Jackson was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 and works principally in the areas of banking and finance litigation.

As a specialist in this area, he has taken on many difficult cases and his innovative approach has resulted in considerable success for clients in both Court victories and settlements.

He has worked extensively with the rural community and, as part of that work, has examined the Farm Debt Mediation Act in detail.

In 1991, Peter appeared before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on finance and public administration to address matters of concern to the rural community.

Over many years, Peter has maintained an interest in the Kyoto protocol.  He has attended a number of international conferences building up relationships with experts in certification and other aspects of the treaty.
