  Hargraves Secured Investments v Waller [2009] NSWSC 1210   
  On 12 November 2009 Judge Harrison delivered judgment in this case.

The case examined the Farm Debt Mediation Act and whether or not, in circumstances where there is a new loan, a further mediation should occur. It also examined whether or not one of the loans granted to Mrs Waller was unjust. The Court decided against Mrs Waller in both cases.
